Locate your Account ID

You can find your Account ID in either of these two locations:

1. In the Windows System Tray (located in the bottom-right corner of your desktop, near your clock), right-click on the Backup icon — which looks like a small gray computer and safe. Select "About..." and you will see your Account ID.
2. Right-click on the Backup Neighborhood icon located on your Windows Desktop. Click on Properties and you will find your Account ID in the Properties Dialogue box.
