Backup.com Manual Installation

Please perform the following steps to manually install the backup.com software. You will need your Account ID and Password.

Please Note: You will not need to use the Reinstall feature in the My Account section.

Download backup.com

This will install the backup.com program and all required components.

  1. Click the "Download Now" button below
  2. Select Open in the File Download dialog box
  3. When prompted, enter your Account ID and password and click OK twice.
  4. Follow the instructions in the Online Backup Setup dialog*

* It is strongly suggested to install Online Backup to the default folder.
